We were walking around Broadway at the Beach in Myrle Beach, hurrying to catch up with family when all of the sudden I felt the prompting to look up. This was my view when I did. I would have missed this if I had kept on walking. It’s so easy to do. This is yet another piece I have in my home, for that reminder….to look up, when things are rushed, stressful, busy, hard, whenever. It can shift our perspective just for a second, to beauty, to God and to breathe in the moment. It likely won’t change circumstances when we look up, but it can powerfully remind us who it is that we rely on. Psalm 121 reads….I lift my eyes up to the hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. Available on fine art paper and canvas.
