Painting is my Happy Place!
Here is my studio, THE ART ROOM. I really do have the most amazing place to paint! If you are ever in Anderson, South Carolina, stop by and see me! I will likely have my faithful friend Buddy with me!
I am a wife and mom and I absolutely love to paint! I have over 100 paintings that I have done, but I feel like my creativity is just getting started! As you can probably tell, I love to paint Southern things and I think our state flag is just perfect. I never get tired of painting it! I have painted tons of Charleston scenes, houses, flowers, doggies and cats. My latest creative sights have been on the beach and anything coastal.
I started art lessons when I was 8, and art is something I have done since then. I graduated from Anderson University, with a degree in studio art. I have sold thousands of prints alI over the country, mostly in our great state of SC. I have worked with watercolors, acrylics, pastels, and pencil. Oils are just my fave! I live in Anderson, South Carolina with my husband, Steve, and daughter, Becca. Steve has been a huge part of our working gallery for 18 years, framing tons of artwork. Becca is a growing artist, who spends a lot of time in The Art Room, working and learning.

Contact me for pricing about commissioned pieces. I can paint dogs, cats, houses, flowers, landscapes, or anything else you may want. My paintings are oil on canvas. I normally paint on a standard depth canvas, which can be framed. I can also paint on gallery wrapped depth canvas, which can hang unframed or framed. (Gallery wrapped canvas is the taller depth canvas.) Prices vary according to size and degree of difficulty. Feel free to email me any questions you have.
